Description:
Uni-Coat 4000 Si Alutop HR is a one-component, modified silicone, heat resistant, aluminium filled, topcoat.
Uni-Coat 4000 Si Alutop HR typically dry tack-free at room temperature and has very good weather and corrosion resistance. However, optimum mechanical resistance generally requires a minimum exposure to temperatures at or above 200°C for at least 60 minutes.
Uni-Coat 4000 Si Alutop HR is thermal stable up to 600°C.

- Steam lines
- Boiler casings

- Superheated headers
- Similar high temperature applications at temperatures up to 600°C.
