Description:
Uni-Coat 4000 Si Micazinc HR is a one-component, modified silicone, heat resistant, anti-corrosion coating formulated for use in multi-coat systems for the protection of objects which are subjected to very high thermal stress. Uni-Coat 4000 Si Micazinc Heat resistant usually adheres well to smooth substrate that has not been sandblasted.
Uni-Coat 4000 Si Micazinc HR typically dry tack-free at room temperature and has very good weather and corrosion resistance. However, optimum mechanical resistance generally requires a minimum exposure to temperatures at or above 200°C for at least 60 minutes.
Uni-Coat 4000 Si Micazinc HR is thermal stable up to 450°C.
