Description:
Uni-Coat 4000 Si CON/Prime is a single component, moisture curing, silane modified primer that is tolerant of residual moisture in concrete floors and walls. This enables earlier access onto new concrete substrates for the application of Unica Special Coatings flooring systems. Uni-Coat 4000 Si CON/Prime is low in viscosity to promote penetration of the concrete substrate and excellent wetting of mortar aggregate.
